Solid panel aluminium cladding systems consist of two main components: solid aluminium panels and a support structure. The panels are made of a full aluminum panel and surface powder coated or spray coated, which enhance their strength and rigidity. The support structure is made of steel, aluminium, or timber and holds the panels in place.

3mm Solid Aluminium Cladding is a pre-finished and pre-fabricated panels for building façade cladding. It is a single layer of solid aluminium panel, fully made of aluminium. It is AS1530.1 tested in CSIRO lab and deemed as non-combustible, suitable for using on high-rise building façade. We use premium quality aluminium in grade 3003 or 5005 for our panels.

Perforated aluminium panel is a single layer solid aluminium panel, surface to be punched or laser cut to get holes to create a certain decorative pattern. And the panel can be in a form of flat panel, or farbicated into a cassette panels or even irregular shape panels. Eventually the panel will be coated with a required color as per the building curtain wall design. The way to make the surface coating can be either powder coating, or spray coating.
