Polyester powder coated aluminium cladding is made up of two main components: a solid aluminium plate and a polyester powder coating. The solid aluminium plate cladding is lightweight, strong, and resistant to corrosion, and we use the alloy 3003 H14 type. The polyester powder coating is applied to the aluminium plate in a process called electrostatic spray deposition. The powder is charged and sprayed onto the plate, and then heated to form a durable, attractive finish. The powder coating is also functioning as decorative purpose, as the aluminium plate can be coated with any color that customer needs.
